Monica Moman

LCSW, Vice President of Cultural Development

Ms. Moman oversees business development, marketing, resident quality of life and community culture building, and assists in environmental improvements.

Ms. Moman brings a diverse clinical and managerial skillset to the Capstone family.  Prior to this role, she was responsible for the coordination and expansion of the Veterans Administration’s Medical Foster Home program (MFH) throughout the nation’s second largest VISN.  Ms. Moman’s hosts an extensive background as a mental health clinician, medical social worker, supervisor, researcher, and program manager. As well as a tenure as a forensic social worker for Vanderbilt University Medical Center (Our Kids), and an expert witness in the area of child sexual abuse for the state of Tennessee.

Cultivating healing environments for vulnerable populations is what has and continues to drive Ms. Moman’s professional development and is at the core of Capstone Healthcare’s legacy.

Ms. Moman graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Alabama and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University (War Eagle!). She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the state of Texas.
