Shot of happy senior women having tea together at a retirement home

Unlike many of our competitors, we are a family run business. We are not distantly managing operations from a corporate desk. Our owners and leadership team are walking the facility, joining in events, meeting with staff and families, and aiming to have our presence felt in all levels of care. When you make the commitment to trust in Capstone Healthcare, we make the commitment to deliver the best services possible, as though you were a member of our own family.  That is the Capstone Difference.

At Capstone, we believe in creating a hospitality experience that promotes comfort, safety, and rejuvenation.  But perhaps most importantly, we want each resident who comes through our doors to feel at home. Whether you are seeking a quick rehabilitation stay or need long-term care support, we have multiple senior lifestyle options to complete your continuum of care.

Central to our person-centered care mission is ensuring we meet the needs of the whole person through our Life Enrichment Initiative. This comprehensive vision of wellness is essential in providing a healing environment that promotes purpose, dignity, joy, rejuvenation, and personal fulfillment.   With a focus on evidenced-based recreation and therapeutic practices, passionate staff implementation, and engagement with community partners, we are able to develop diverse programming and attain higher resident satisfaction.

At the core of our Life Enrichment Initiative is the belief that every day is an opportunity for personal growth and connection.  Through this innovative approach and creative multi-disciplinary leadership, our residents thrive in a culture that celebrates the joys of life.

Here’s a look at some of the ways we are setting ourselves apart in the senior care industry:
