Director of Human Resources
Ms. Darnell is Capstone Healthcare’s Director of Human Resources. She has over 9 years of experience in Long Term Care, operating in various roles, including Compliance Manger and QIPP Program Manager; she aims to support the Human Resources department by evaluating and implementing legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and employing long-range strategic talent management goals. Ms. Darnell has her SHRM-CP certification via Rice University’s Human Resource Management Program and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.
A Dallas native, Ms. Darnell is a married soccer mom to her three active girls.
